GENERAL MANAGER, GOVERNEMENT AFFAIRS AND INDUSTRY

Jay joined Lendlease in May 2018 as General Manager External Affairs.

Jay brings to Lendlease more than 15 years’ corporate affairs and government relations experience. This includes developing and delivering engagement strategies across multiple sectors including state and federal governments, pharmaceuticals, finance, R&D and manufacturing. Having spent the past 10 years at a leading Sydney public affairs consultancy, Jay knows firsthand that stronger client relationships produce better results reputationally. Prior to working in a consultancy environment, Jay spent four years in Canberra as an advisor to the Minister for Small Business and Tourism and Assistant Defence Minister. 
 
Jay holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Economics and Marketing, from the University of Tasmania.
